We maintained the relationship in good faith, based on explicit promises of payment from the company's owner. However, communication abruptly ceased, and subsequent attempts to reach them via multiple channels have been unsuccessful. The outstanding invoice remains unpaid for a period exceeding 18 months. We cannot recommend them as a reliable service provider.
