ZDK Formations are great. The whole process to form a company is easy from start to finish. There are a wide number of useful services offered such as Registered addresses, notarization, business bank account opening etc. I picked up the Overseas package, because I needed VAT registration and Paye registration and it all was included in the pack with a huge discount.
