We recently commissioned a structural engineer's report from Alex on a property we were looking to buy. Communication with Alex was excellent throughout; he replied incredibly promptly and provided a detailed quote for a fair price. The report was incredibly thorough - there were a lot of issues to cover - and the accompanying photos were very helpful. Alex's report was instrumental in helping us negotiate a further reduction to the sale price, and will be our guide as we carry out the necessary works on our new property. We would definitely use Alex for future reports/structural calculations if we carry out further renovations to the house.
