Uncertain whether our approach to marketing to new prospects and to existing clients was compliant with the GDPR we contacted the GDPR Compliance Analyst. As a sales team manager there were plenty of opportunities to fall foul of the new regulation when handling subject access requests from a large database of clients and prospects. Mike produced our GDPR documents and advised on how to modify our prospect and client communications and our administrative practices to reduce the risks to our operation. He also formally documented and trained us on various processes and provided staff training. We’re now confident we are doing things right and know who to turn to if things go wrong.
